Artpost and announcements
So... Our webcomic, NotNormal, is nearly ready to make a return to the world. We're doing much revamping of the website, SubvertTheSpace.com
, in preparation for this glorious event, as well as for a few other fun and necessary additions. Mostly, you'll have to wait and see and be surprised, but I do have a few enticing tidbits for you today. One, you've seen. Two are new. :D Enjoy!( Enjoy the NotNormal art!Collapse ) Current Mood: artistic

Long time no use...
Wow, except for Baz's birthday picspam, we haven't posted to subvertthespace
in over a year! WTF?!
Well, that's about to change. sandykidd
and I have agreed to dedicate StS exclusively to our writing and art - which was the original intent - and use our sandykidd
accounts only for personal stuff.
I'm going to be using StS essentially as a detailed writing journal from now on, so I'll be posting progress updates and daily wordcounts, as well as research I'm doing, books or websites I've found useful, etc. I'll also post the occasional snippet, and even complete stories (like my genrechallenge

Sandfrantic is here!
...and he's already trouble!
Bastian Alexander was born at 4:28pm EST (US). He was born by caesarean section after many hours of fruitless labor. And no wonder, because Bastian weighed 9 pounds 8.5 ounces!
Bastian and Sandykidd are both doing fine; SK will be a while recovering but should be getting bored of the hospital by noon tomorrow.
Thank you everyone for the wellwishes!

So it's Tuesday morning, and sandykidd
and I are supposed to go in for an induction, right? Well, Sandfrantc has other ideas.
SK got up to call the hospital like they told her, and her water broke. We both find this deeply amusing; this kid clearly has a sense of humor. The names Gred or Forge are looking better and better.
We'll be heading in to the hospital shortly, once we've stopped laughing. *squees*

Thank you, aberforths_rug
, for pointing out my LJ user error. :)
No, I didn't actually intend to put the original post for this in my own livejournal twice. Oy. I blame gestation. Or the line at the bagel shop.
Whatever, because it's all better now that you can all click here to follow us on our bold journey... Current Mood: embarrassed

Sorry it's late folks...
The internet hated us all weekend, but even if it hadn't, we'd probably still have posted late - we got all caught up in moving into our new place.
But anyway, here's NotNormal #17
And Sarah, congrats on your new apartment, thank you for the email, and all that jazz. Current Mood: weird
